Thanks to lies and misinformation, eighteen month ago the Black Dragon Martial Arts Academy had its friendship withdrawn with a mutually respected martial arts association, the Scottish Fighting Arts Society. Due to recent events, the SFAS have come to realise the truth and have extended the hand of friendship once more. The Black Dragons are please to accept this and commend their honesty and deep regret. It is good to rekindle our friendship and we looking forward to further collaborations in the future.
After their grading success, three club members were presented with their certificates. Christopher Moran, Ken Lovejoy and Claire Cheetham. Congratulations to them all.
On Sunday 11th August, Chief Instructor Ron Evans and Dave Evans of Kea Hand to Hand conducted a special Seminar for the instructors, covering Phases 3 to 6 of the Black Dragon Hand 2 Hand Fighting Method. Congratulations to all and a big “Thank you” to Ron and Dave.
